So, we went to Costco today to get the kids some workbooks for the summer. I really like to do homeschooling during the summer so that they don't get too bored and Ethan doesn't forget everything he has learned during the year. Costco is building a new store here in Manteca that is supposed to be done this summer. I can't wait! Until then we are stuck driving to Tracy for our Costco fixes. As we are driving the topic somehow turns to "hot chicks". Isabella proclaims that I am NOT a hot chic, and neither is she. Ethan then proceeds to call me an old lady, to which Isabella replies, "No she isn't, she is just a normal lady." Thank you Isabella...being a normal lady is much better than being an old lady.
Hopefully we will be making a trip up to Chico/Paradise this month. Usually we make multiple trips up north during summer vacation, but with gas prices so high I will be lucky if we make it up twice. Saturday June 21st there is a Green Baby Expo at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds that I am really interested in. I am hoping that we will be able to visit all of our family and friends at that time, even though it will be a busy day.
